Does anyone know of any free photo sites that don't resize down the photos?

I quite agree, although you're photography is significantly better than mine.

    Yeah Lou...
Did I get you started on that Goldie kick?
I have a pic of you with a pleasant facial expression playing my R7 through Jeremy's Soldano SLO/Bogner 412 cab.
We need to have another get together sometime.
Tell us more about your Golden treasure. And, yes, I still have one... '04 R7 Darkback courtesy of Teddy.

I must be the only person in the world that actually doesn't care much for bursts and/or flame. I Gibson Les Paul goldtop is my dream guitar. I wish I hadn't gotten rid of my R7. The R4 Oxblood is cool, but it needs a partner.

That's a gorgeous rig yourself Greg, how does it sound?

Steve, indeed I blame you for this obsession after playing your Murphy many moons ago!

This one is an '06 vos ordered sight unseen and a gift from my lovely wife. I got lucky (since wife guitars must not be sold) as its very loud acoustically and is one of the first that I have owned that has a nice thick and smooth bridge tone.

Would love to get together again!

Thanks Lou. The Colonial is a great sounding head...vintage plexi vibe yet versatile. I typically played it through my Germino 2x12 (on the other wall: http://i5.tinypic.com/1694vbl.jpg), but set it on my 18watt clone 2x12 combo just to make room for the FTR37 on the "Germ stack"...and found that it paired nicely with the mojotone GB copies in the Bluesbreaker/18watt cab (nice sounding cab in it's own right).

I agree. I have had 3 or 4 goldies and really want another soon-I love the simplicity of the look and it is quite different from my Bursts. I had a Dicky Betts aged by Murphy which was really well done but not that toneful. I am thinking of a new R7 VOS very soon.

I had a Betts and had the same experience. One of the worst from a tone standpoint. Looked cool.

    NOTHING like a proper goldtop.

Here's my offering to this thread.
a prs I've been looking for, for around 10 years. 97 McTrem Goldtop
