Cosmetically a bit rough, mostly dirty, but works fine and actually sounds really good. Got them to knock off $20 for the broken knob and took it home for 80 bucks total. Not bad at all.

Every now and then hitting the pawn shops does pay off, even in 2020.

Either they really screwed up the paperwork, or the shop paid the seller $60 or less for it. Most shops want a 5x-10x return on loan payout but will (in desperation) sell for loan value + $20 if it's sat on a shelf for years.

You scored a tremendous deal! That kind of bargain was much more common before ebay and the internet.
