    Do you mean a Rockerverb 50, or a Rocker 30 ?

    I actually thought 24kg isn't too bad. Try lifting an AC30 2x12 combo(35kg), or a Rockerverb 50 combo (37kg). Now those are beasts !

Orange combo amps and cabinets are notoriously heavy. They also sound great and tend to hold up well.

52 lbs is heavy, but manageable. twins/supers are heavier, and my old Mesa Boogie combo was just brutal to carry (probably closer to 100 lbs).

maybe I'll just stick with the TT... lol.. I'm thinking about going back to basics and scrapping the pedal board and just guitar wha & amp.. although, a solo boost that doesnt change the tone would be nice.. then I think I could gig with the TT

The Rocker 30 is one of the lightest combos I ever owned - very portable!

    I went from a Boogie Mark III 1x12 to a Rocker 30 1x12.

Personally, I thought the Rocker 30 was pretty light.

To be honest, I was just bored with it. I use Marshalls and Metros with my band. The Rocker was my practice amp. I got the tweed bug and sold them (this has happened 2X) Now I am again looking at Orange

It is the best combo I ever owned and it was far from expensive to me.

yep, Oranges are heavy for sure. and they don't say they're built like tanks for nothing, because they are actually made from tanks. no joke, really, actual tanks. look it up. and everyone knows tanks are heavy.

great amps. but don't expect it to sound like anyting else (like Marshalls, say). they have their own sound.

that seems more reasonable to me... good deal... I band practiced with my TT last night and wasnt as impressed with my tele going through it, but still it was still good... I think it likes buckers a little more... or I should say my other guitar ...
