Man, if there is an album that brings me back to junior/senior years of high school, it's this one. My friends and I listened to it a ton. I lost the CD years ago but I'll be streaming this on Spotify today.

Ah, nostalgia. Was in 5th grade and loved this album. Preferred Blue quite a bit more back in the day, though. Their guitarist had some cool riffs and textural playing. They lost that sound and became significantly less interesting once he left.

Whoa, I just dusted this album off and was listening to it in the car this week. One of my favorite 90s albums from start to finish.

Love Kevin Cadogan's choice in toans. I try to cop some of that juju a bit in my own solo toans.

Love this period of music. This disc got tons of play and still winds up on the playlist from time to time.

Cadogan only played on half of Blue, really.

I was way to into my Metallica phase to appreciate these guys back in the day, and first got into those albums in the mid 00's when I had mellowed out a bit.

We play 2 songs off of this album at many shows (acoustic and electric)... still gets great fan reactions this many years after.

This album came out when I was in college and was in heavy rotation during many nights of partying. I love that album and still dust it off a couple times a year.

yeah anything past the blue album just wasn't quite as good
although stephen jenkins is quite a talented songwriter.

loved his collaborations with vanessa carlton.

Never listened to them but I remember watching them do a live performance on a talk show years ago.the lead singer/guitarist was plaing a sunburst strat.his sound and performance was really impressive..funny how I still remember that.

One of my favorite albums ever. The playing, the melodies, the tones, the production. It's all there. Nearly perfect to me.

And that's the half of the album I always had on repeat. :D I thought that only applied to the songs he wrote? As I can hear his playing on almost all (if not all) the tracks on Blue. These are the songs that I loved back then and they still rock:

and the opening track had some great rock guitar tone:

First time I've listened to this album in over 10 years. It's a weird feeling. Kinda hard to go back.
