This guy can play his Tele

    I think this guy kills it. I realize it's not really traditional Tele tones, but he's rocking pretty hard. I like his playing. I'm sure some posts will follow that disparage his playing, or don't see it as anything special. And some won't like his tone and the song. But I think this guy is a player. He's got some cool vibe going on too. Love it.

    I played on a bill with those cats ~ a year back. Guitar guy seemed like a nice cat.

    Neither of those are traditional tele tones but I can still here that "it's a plank guitar" kinda sound I like from a telecaster. I wonder if they are both running British voiced amps?

    No, I'm not going to post something I think is better

    Damn. That's some seriously next level playing on every level. Tone and articulation are great too. Also, pedal steel...wow

    Lol, it went hard rock (a.k.a. Red Dirt) 10-11 yrs ago (?...I'm only an occasional listener).
    And in the past 2-3 years, it's moved on to hip-hop.
