Dramatic re-enactment of SW's phonecall followups.
It is weird when they call you back. I've been on business trips overseas and woken up by those calls as it's daytime in the US.
I bet the people working for Sweetwater don't like making the calls- probably a lot of annoyed people not reacting politely.
I had an issue and they never got back with me. If you don’t won’t them calling back, have a glitch happen. Well, at least the candy was good.
I feel like grilling their "Sales Engineers" on where they studied Engineering.
Pop righteous yoga poses by the blemished items
I love you
When I see a Indiana number, don’t pick up
Right intentions and admirable business practice but totally unnecessary. I never answer that call.
I once bought a Vox amp cover from Sweetwater. They also followed up 1 year later to check how everything is going with it
Don't buy from them. Problem solved.
They suck donkey “blank” and their 24 point 100 point inspection setup etc... bs is a load of hooey!
The phone calls and romantic emails can.... well they can taste me!
I have to say I have only had great experiences with sweetwater. My son broke the whammy bar arm in his (relatively new) jazzmaster, they sent me a new bridge - no charge, not even for shipping. They have expedited items I've bought as holiday gifts. I have also also benefited from my sales reps opinions while researching gear. I'm very happy with them. I'm happy to get a follow up call.
Excellent work on the passive/aggressive stuff, I’ll look for you on the news.
Totally non-guitar related, but they have this coffee place here called Dutch Brothers and they have all these 16 year old girls in your face the whole time you’re in the drive through asking you what you’re up to, what your plans are, what’s happening this weekend, this summer, whatever...... and let me tell you, the whole this is just annoying and borderline creepy. They’ve taken customer service totally overboard. Just give me my 5 dollar cup of hot sugar water
I love it. In a world of impersonal online distractions, they try to be human. Nothing wrong with that in my book.
I bought from Sweetwater once. I got that call and I thought..... that's nice. Then I continued to get them regularly. It really became a nuisance! At that time I didn't have caller ID. I have never ordered from them since.
To each his own, some may like it. I saw it as trying to sell you more **** due to the questions being asked. When I'm ready to buy something, I'll be the one making the call.
Me too. My sales rep isn’t pushy at all and he hooks me up with discounts so I don’t mind the call.
I don’t like talking to people on the phone at all. They should just text, then I could respond with memes and we all can be 2019 together.
So true. However I also think:
‘ my actually In stock item is going to arrive quickly on the west coast in the condition expected, well packed, with some munchies”
