    Hi.
Just wanted to see what amps all you Timmy owners use, as I've read that it's a very versitile pedal. Does it get along with a wide selection of amps?

    Thanks!:dude

Mine gets on very well with the following:

    Germino C45 (KT66)
    Orange Retro 50 (EL34)
    Fargen Dual Classic (6L6)
Komet (loaded with any of the above tube types)

I "went off" EL84 type amps before I got my TIM so I can't comment on that.

I also use it whenever I play through a Pod to add some "feel" to the chain

My Timmy may have finally earned Velcro... although I don't have a pedalboard and generally run straight guitar (LP -> Carmen Ghia/EL84)... last night while watching Pujols perform October miracles the Timmy and I jived.

Found a setting that adds a nice woody grit when digging in and smooth when backing off. Almost like adding a new channel to my humble most basic of basic setup. Only took a week to really dial it in to what I was looking for... I'm slow.

I would gather with the EQ on Paul's pedals one would be hard pressed to find an amp that it doesn't get along with in some capacity.

Sounds killer through all of them, and the Ampeg is a real pedal hater!

VHT Pittbull 50/ST - loves the clean channel
THD Flexi - best pedal ever for this amp IMHO
GT Soul-O 45 - absolutely killer with this amp
    GDS 18watt - wonderful.

I have yet to hear the Timmy not work with an amp; only time it isn't good is when the amp is highly distorted to start with.

    All IMHO.

Main amp is blackface tremolux into 2x12" G12H30's. No harshness and/or too scooped mids with the Timmy. Perfect combination!

Do you guys think it would be good with a Deluxe Reverb RI? I've been reading that this amp has a sccoped mids sound and does'nt take to pedals that well?

Peavey Delta Blues 1x15 with an Eminence Big Ben. Timmy and TIM are the best two pedals for the EL84 amps I've found so far. I slightly prefer the Timmy for more overdriven sounds and the TIM for a very low overdrive. I just added the MI Audio Tube Zone (for heavy overdrive) to the mix and I think I'm pretty much set up for the overdrive pedals at the moment.
