Tone Tubby Black Alnico

    I'm a bit surprised by the lack of info/reviews for this speaker. It seems to address many people's gripe about the red version--too dark.

    Has anyone tried it? What did you think?

    I'd like to know this too--curious if it's more/less aggressive, efficient, etc.

    Forget the Tubby/ the heavy hemp cones kill the overtones of the upper
    Frequencys/ get the new Eric Johnson EJ1250 and it will be everything you want in a Alnico
