Beater Les Paul Standard with a Duncan Distortion
ToneFreak Abunai 2 (for a little push)
Blankenship Variplex (volume around 1:00, variac at 90)
    Port City oversized 1X12 with a V30
    SM57
    Cubase MR816CSX interface, Cubase 4.

The reverb and delay are plugins, neither well mixed nor clever.

One take after noodling over the background for about 20 minutes, so I apologize for the lack of feel at several spots. I wasn't going to punch it to perfect for silly intarwebz clips.
Trying to gank an Andy Most meets Ed DeGenaro vibe. :)

Nice tone! What was the volume of the Variplex on?

I was right in between 12:00 and 1:00, but backed down to 90 volts with the variac. The Abunai 2 is on for the chords and the lead, but not the single note part of the background. Most of the lead, the volume knob on the guitar is way down. Some bend somewhere in there, you can hear where it's up full (if anyone cares to know how the pedal reacts under full vs partial volume.)

I think this is one of my "most fun to play on" tones that I've gotten.
