I bought a TC Hall of Fame Mini on Reverb.
I downloaded the Toneprint app to my iPhone.
I followed the instructions, turned up the volume on the phone and on my guitar.
There was no blinking light to confirm the Toneprint loaded.
I went to the TC support page and followed all of those instructions including re-installing the app.
No other pedals are in the signal chain.
    No toneprints are loading.

The original Hall setting is there, but the entire point of the Mini is to use the Toneprints. Either I'm an idiot (highly plausible) or I have a defective pedal. The seller claims he bought it new from GC and never bothered with the Toneprints. So what now?

    :dunno

You turned the volume up but did you turn the phone off vibrate? I did the same thing recently. Volume up, reinstall app and realized my phone was still on vibrate.

At least that was your first time loading a toneprint. I've had my Hall of Fame for many many years hah!

Double check your phone is not in silent or vibrate mode.
Turn off your phone's wifi and bluetooth.
Make sure your guitar volume is up and the pickup you are selecting is turned on.
If that still doesn't work then I'm out of ideas.

    Good luck!
