Yes...ultimately I like what I like. But I seem to like all these colors on a STRAT.

    -Lake Placid Blue
    -Black
    -3 tone sunburst

    Thanks!

Get black or blue over top of the burst...when it wears you'll see the burst coming through

    I'd get all 3 layered

I just recently bought the Fender Standard in Lake Placid..and I have to say, multiple times I would look down and just smile because the color was just really working for me..and psyche is huge in music.

Now.. I returned it to upgrade to an Am. Stnd. (Charcoal Frost Metallic..love it too).. But I still think about going back for that lake placid stnd. :p. I did like how dry the tone could get over the Am. Stand.

I love all those colors on Strats too, probably my top 3 favorite. I have the black and 2 tone burst, now all I need is the Lake Placid Blue. If I could only have 1 though I think I would go with the burst first simply because I love to be able to see wood grain on guitars, but I don't think you can go wrong with those 3 color choices.

I went for black just from a traditionalist POV. I like lake placid blue on a strat. If the blue and black were side by side on the wall, it would be down to whichever felt better to me.

I like sunbursts on LP's...but for whatever reason not so much on Strats.

Sunburst! Black = boring on a strat. Blue is okay unless you are talking about a Suhr strat and then we raise the bar a whole 'nother level.

I voted Lake Placid Blue, but I've got a 3 tone burst. Go figure. To be fair I bought my Strat over 10 years ago and my tastes have changed. My dream strat now would be fiesta red with a matching headstock. Or LPB with a matching headstock like Jahn's. DROOL~!

blue first then the black. Either or would need a black pickguard. Not a fan of bursts on a strat.

They all look good. I'd be happy with any of them. You too, apparently.

    I voted LPB.
