I notice loss of treble on my cs 60's strat when the volume strays away from 10. Whats the best treble mod kit to get and are there any pros/cons?

Don't think you get lots of replies in the acoustic forum :)
In my opinion try the 50's wiring mod first. It's free and IMO it's perfect for what you want. Did it on all my strats, too. Just moving 2 cables.

Yeah, this forum is not the best for your question, but I have found a paralleled 150K resistor/.001uF cap makes Strats sound great all over the volume knob.

Did not like the 50s wiring on my strat. Made it to shrill. I did the treble bleed that Suhr uses. 150 k resistor in parallel with a 680pf capasitor. Works very well and has a nicer taper on the volume knob than the 50s wiring.
