I'd imagine that the Treble Boost goes into the Fuzz. I know they both want to be 1st in the chain. What say ye?

I say that as long as both are true bypass, it shouldn't matter. Also, I like running my TB into my Fuzz sometimes. Try it both ways!

Try it both ways, and let your ears decide for you.

Both ways sound great and work very well together. TB before fuzz, you'll get more over the top tones out of the fuzz. TB after fuzz, you'll get more control. I prefer it after and one of the things I really like to do is run the fuzz with the guitar volume rolled back so you've got some nice overdrive tones, and then kick on the TB as a solo boost. Very nice!

If it is a *TRUE* Treble Boost - I'd run it before the fuzz to kick the fuzz into more saturation - BUT if the Booster has a selectable "Tone-Switch" - I would use more of the Full-Range Tones and use it after the Fuzz to actually do the Boosting function to help a fuzz get through the mix in a live situation.

Seems like if it's a Germanium fuzz, it will need to come first.

It's a hybrid fuzz. The TB is germanium.

I say fuzz first...as a general rule of thumb...fuzz first (except for maybe a wha- with the foxrox retrofit). I use the keeley time machine boost, and running fuzzes into it is just glorious...tightens everything up and makes the fuzzy have a little extra attack.

    Fuzz first=more control. I agree.

Take the Sunlion for example (from the AM website):

"The order of the two pedals is SUNFACE -> BEANO BOOST. We chose this order because it is quieter this way (less noise), and it's a less subtle, more cutting sound. The other order (Beano -> Sunface) is more a classic rock tone, while SUNFACE -> BEANO BOOST can get more extreme sounds. You can use the volume controls on each pedal to change the sounds, for example crank the sunface up really loud into the Beano Boost and turn the Beano down so the output is not too loud for your amp, and you can get an even more extreme fuzz."

That's what I'm using. LOVE my sunlion. It's the one pedal I will absolutley always own. Hope Mike eventually gets back on track with these.

I've been thinking about building one of those signal reversal boxes, so I can have the fuzz/treble boost combo both ways. It's just a bitch getting the 4PDT switch at a reasonable price.

I go RMC wah (fuzz friendly) to my fuzzez, to my TB, to my ODs, to my modulator and delays. It works both ways, but I like fuzz first.

    take two :banana
one rangemaster in front - to push the fuzz
one rangemaster after fuzz - to tighten it up and boost volume

I use two HellBillys they sandwich my LondonFuzz and Peppermint
