Gearing up to do a Trem Pedal Shootout. Missing one though that I personally think is a must for the shootout. Anyone have a Menatone Pleasure Trem for sale or that we could borrow? Reputable shop, we're not going to steal it and will return it unscathed. I always really liked this pedal and although it is no longer being made I think it needs to be included. Haven't heard one though for over 3 years so we want to run it through it's paces with other Trem's.

Really looking forward to trying it out against the Frantone Vibutron, Guyatone Flip and Monster Swamp Thang which have been my other favorites lately.

So far no, that's another I haven't been able to get a hold of. I have one customer who has one and if he can part with it he's going to send it to me. He gigs frequently though so hasn't been able to let it go. If I can't get it from him I'll be posting for one of those too.

I really wish you'd also try a Marshall VT-1 set for Tremolo.

    don't forget these:

    Cusack Tap A Whirl
    Catalinbread Semaphore
    Toneczar Powerglide

the Vibuton is hard to beat in terms of sound quality. It's great, but I really like the functions on the Semaphore alot. I wouldn't mind having two trem pedals on my board!!

Thanks everyone for chiming in, Keep em' coming so we don't leave one out. Demeter is included. Marshall VT-1, didn't think of that one so I'll see if I can dig one up. Got the Catalinbread and Cusack, need to find a Powerglide.

What about the byoc tremolo clone?

I'm in the middle of building one right now.

Not sure if you found one already, but somebody is selling a Menatone on HC classifieds for $150. Thought I'd give you a heads up.

+1 on the TC Jauernig version! I'm still curious about that one, though I think I'm gonna get the semaphore. Looking forward to your shootout!

Go ahead and add the Danelectro tunamelt Tremelo. I know, I know, cheap, but the thing is surprising.

Yep, got that one in there too. It's a wonderful pedal for the money. The less expensive units will certainly be included. Not everyone wants to spend $150-$250 for a Trem. The other that sounds good for the money is the Rocktron Pulse.
