I'm leaning towards the Diaz Tremodillo or Monster Effects Swamp Thang. Anyone familier with these, or others? thanks, Bill

Don't overlook the Frantone Vibutron one of my faves for all tremolo sounds.

It really depends on what you're looking for in a trem, but when I just did the whole roundup I wanted something reminiscent of an old Fender amp's trem. I ended up with the Carl Martin Surf Trem and I couldn't be happier.

Big +1. For most amp like IMO it's the Swamp Thang, but the Vibutron wins out for it's versatility (and also sounds VERY amp like on the sine wave setting).

I agree with Melodic Dreamer. Don't forget about the Semour Duncan shapeshifter...very cool pedal, but it is not a plug-n-play. I got it a couple of months ago and have enjoyed it...
