I like my TC Pipeline. Doesn’t seem to mess with my tone. Has all the controls you’d need. You can create a toneprint if you need a very specific tremolo waveform—which I’ve done.

That’s vibrato, not tremolo. C’mon, bruh.

I was plugged into the front end of a marshall 2204. No other pedals. May'be I should be going into an amp with an effects loop to get the proper affect?Idk?

if you run the amp dirty, then yes.

it’s quite simple: if you want chop, trem needs to be after dirt. this goes for any trem pedal. the jackrabbit sure brings the staccato if you want it to.

I had one - very noisy - clock noise / ticking. I thought it was a very average sounding trem and sold it quickly (with the noise disclosed, unlike the seller I got it from).

Original Kingsley Bard it's one of my best pedals, sometimes I use it as a preamp to get the majority of my volume and it sounds fantastic

You don't see those very often! I remember back when he was making those in the big-box enclosures!

The Surfytrem is high on my GAS pedal list.

Unless your tremolo pedal has a hard on/off chop mode available... but for regular waveforms I agree, tremolo after dirt.

Matthews Effects Conductor V2 is still one of my favorites. Hard to explain, but the tone was just so great on it.

Earthquaker Devices Hummingbird is very cool indeed. None of my amps have FX loops so I have to run it in front but still sounds killer to my ears, it has a really nice hard chop if you want.

I’m actually really liking the old line 6 tap tremolo..... great very versatile tremolo for very little cash. And it’s stereo and has a pan mode.
