Ok, so it's not finished yet...but I'm hugely excited for this thing - it's my first ever custom pedal! Paul just sent me a pic so I figured I'd share the joy and gear lust around for my TGP family!

I asked for a MiniBone...then I thought about my favorite pedal, a dirty treble booster (Fromel GO!) and how it's been giving me a little trouble, then I heard about the Kush and its boost/overdrive character and it seemed to be just right to use when the GO! is misbehaving...having heard the MB in person I was plenty sure the Kush would be right up my alley.

So then I asked Paul what he thought about combining the two and he said that it was exactly what he was gigging with and that he "LOVED" the combo...so I asked him about stacking order and whether to make that switchable or not, then he introduced the Ge/Si MB and I jumped on that in a heartbeat and asked for a toggle-able Bone side.

All in all it's looking to be a beauty and I'm more excited for this pedal than I've been for any other.

First off, badass. Second, you can actually order a Ge/Si Mini Bone? I thought it was only available in the bigger Bone Machine size.

    I know, right? :)

Though no, I've been begging him to find a way to make it toggle-able in the more massive double enclosure. I know at the very least he's making it transistor swappable. Though I still want the toggle!

Well, I just got an email from Paul the other day, and he said the Ge/Si hybrid is only available in the Bone Machine, but the Uberbone has a socketed second chip, so maybe you can swap out Ge or Si trannies?

Got to say for the record -

Paul is easily one of the best builders I've ever worked/communicated with. Genuinely cares about what he does and is willing to accomodate and help me make something special. Some people make fun of the weird boutique builder/client relationship...but come on, though they are "just pedals" they are something we are all passionate about as tools for expression and meeting someone who really helps you get there is just cool.

    Thanks Paul.

    Hey yellowecho,

I ordered in November...several factors went into the considerable delay. Issues with the tour box for the pedal being incorporated, a first time design concept I asked Paul to incorporate, etc.

He's been great to work with and a very helpful dude :aok

    Give me time my friend!

It shipped today...I was simply sharing my completed and shipped product jubilation!

...I'd say patience but if anyone's chomping at the bit it's me!

MasterEvan07, you make me sick. In a good way. :D

Seems every time you buy something and I read about it here, it's something along the lines of what I want. I've been really wanting to try some sorta PTD pedal (a Mini-Bone, I was thinking) and here you are popping up with a custom-made thing of beauty. I sure hope you enjoy it and I can't wait to hear a clip! Looks delish!!!!! Congrats!
