Trouble with never restores my faith in VH album to come.

I have been completely un-impressed with Tattoo and Stay Frosty. Its Time ! provided a full track link to Trouble with never , its right there in front of the listener that DLR is not what he was vocally, but y`know what, on a track like Trouble, it doesnt matter as its got the swing back and you can shake your ass along with it. Tattoo is a slow burner, it grows on listeners, Stay Frosty is kind of embarrassing and I think VH shoulda binned this one for sure.

If Trouble is a template for what VH will sound like on the rest of the album, then it will kick ass. Its nice to be excited about a forthcoming release , im hoping for upbeat songs that i can turn way up in my car and feel like the teen again that I once was.

The breakdown in that song is balls. I was over Dave's "old man croaky voice" thing with "Slam Dunk", now it's practically all he can do.

track i had on before it was he`s the greatest dancer by chic featuring sister sledge, now that is one badass groove and a half !!

It actually sounds like something Extreme would do more then VH. Ed needs to lay off the Wha and back to the phase 90.

I havent checked, but are VH tuning to e flat ? It occurrs to me that DLR is struggling with top end range and that maybe the band should detune a bit more to make range more accessible for him.

Why don't you just play the old stuff?

As one gets older, trying to feel like a teen again should be avoided as much as possible.

It's got something to do with having to eventually act your age.
