Big guy in the sense of looking about 6'3", 220lbs or so. Dark hair. He went by his own name, instead of a band moniker. He had decent MTV and radio play on a couple songs. One was about his neer-do-well uncle getting killed by the Mob. The uncle's name might have been part of song.

My good friend, Joe Breitenbach, played guitar in Tony Carey's band. Joe's one of my favorite Rock players ever. Coincidentally, Joe's coming up from FL this weekend and we'll be jamming for the first time in many years.
