Tube-buffered FX-loop generates noise... help please!

Hi all,

I play a bogner goldfinger 45W and use its tube-buffered FX-loop in series (the amp would allow me to go parallel, but I need to use it in series).
In the loop I run TC Polytune mini -> Strymon Timeline -> EHX Superego -> Strymon Flint -> TC ditto X2 looper -> back to the amp.
When I engage the loop at home, I hear a loud humming noise through the amp. It persists if I ditch the pedals and just link FX send and return with one cable.
I do not have that issue in the practice space...
What could it be? Any help?

Thank you and kind regards!

The tube that drives the effects loop could be bad or if you have a mix knob dirt on that pot

Thank you! But if the tube was bad it would also create noise in the practice space, would it not? As a matter of fact, the only thing that differs between home and practice is the power outlet/power supply... can it be due to that somehow?
