Tube testing

Is there any place I can go, or ship some tubes to have them tested? I have some spare preamp and power tubes that I'm not sure of their condition.

I have a Hickok tester but for preamp tubes I'm more inclined to the "plug it in and if it works then the tube is good" mentality.
