Not much chat about this pedal but I needed a hi-gain pedal and after an exhausting amount of demo watching I got one off Ebay for $112(including shipping)...and I freakin' love it!!!

Only down side is that if you barely nudge the settings with your foot you get a drastically different tone.

Anyone else loving this pedal?

I've heard some talk on here about them, but you're right, they don't get as much airtime as the Crunch Box. I've never played one so I can't really say much about them.

awww hellllll!! There's a two channel one. Now why did you have to go and show me that?

The variety this pedal gives must be so cool in a two channel format. Plus a solo boost from either side.....again I say, awww helllll!

Very underrated pedal around here. Huge field of gain available. The low gain possibilities are more than one would expect. Too many references of it sounding like a Double Rec. for TGP. To me it sounds more like a Soldano IMO.

i just rehoused one of these for a client, and of course had to 'test drive' it ;)

impressions: WOW. the knobs are all ridiculously dynamic, ends of the spectrum make it sound like two different pedals, on EVERY KNOB, with good range between. diversity. all over it. mesa to marshall, cleans to sortawannabeavox kinda feel.

anyways. i play a lot of overdrives. it wasn't 'for me' necc, but can cover a ton of ground, and sounds pretty decent on most settings.

I love mine. Super versatile which makes it great in the studio. Live I tend to leave the knobs alone, except I might tweak the Brightness and/ or Mid knobs to adjust for different backline if I'm not using my amp or if I need a little more help cutting through. Infinitely tweakable IMO. Try it at 18V for a bit more clarity and smoothness.
