In the spirit of the season, and in anticipation of the new Klon coming out, I say screw it...I'm bumping this :)

‘Twas the night before Klondom, when all through the hutch
The forums were all rocking, the guitars – not so much.
Pedals were flipped from my overdrive stash,
In hopes that Bill Finnegan soon accept cash.

The tubes in my Dumble were warming up red,
While visions of stompboxes danced in my head.
And I in my t-shirt, my girl in her thong,
Had just settled down to start hitting the b:bongg.

When out from the bedroom there arose such sweet mids,
I immediately considered selling the kids.
I sprang off the sofa, threw open my wallet,
And cried, “Please just tell me the price! Simply call it!”

The lava lamps shining on posters I’d mended
Gave one the impression the 60’s just ended.
When, what did my ogling eyes see there, b*tches?
But a pretty red pedal with 3 knobs and 2 switches.

With a wait list that withers, and tones that could kill,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Bill.
More rapid than Malmsteen the comparisons came,
And the forumites told me, they called them by name!

"Cop Clapton! Cop Stevie! Bonamassa and all!
Cop Johnson! Cop BB! Cop Steven Segal!
To the top of the bedroom! To my mom’s basement door!
Now wank away! Wank away! Wank away more!"

He spoke not a word, but worked sly as a fox,
And soldered components in a Hammond-style box.
And laying his finger on the pulse of our GAS,
He assured we would buy the new pedal en masse!

He sprang to his website, sneak-previewed at NAMM,
And away the Klons flew in UPS vans.
But I heard him exclaim over feed-backing amps,
"Happy Klondom to all, and apply for food stamps!"

Happy Klondom, everyone! :aok
