twin amp set up

I already have a Laney VC 15 and hoping to buy a Blues deluxe RI soon and run them from the stereo outs on my Wet pedal.

each amp has only the one speaker. I also have a couple of Carbon Copies in my rig, along with 3 Barber dirt pedals

as I said I have yet to buy the BD.......am I likely to run into some of the phase problems I read about on here from time to time, because of the two amps together?

and I have also seen mentioned the need for ground lifts, would this apply to me too?

is a two amp set up worth it to you, and does switching on any of the pedals alter the phase problems I mentioned at the top of the page?

a two amp noob

ehh a simple ground lift will take care of it, or even use a three prong connector to a two prong to lift the ground like that. the Benefits of stereo certainly out weigh the annoyance of having to do this.

is a ground lift necessary then when using two amps ?

Personally, I wouldn't kill the ground on the second amp... In turn, YOU are becoming the ground for the amplifier, which isn't a fun thing.

I would look into something like the Lehle P Split, so you can deal with the ground loop issues you would normally have with a two amp setup.
