Two Rock 212 cab. KTS-70 and...?

I have ordered a KTS-70 for the top position of my two rock 212 cab. I intend to try it with the stock two rock 65 speaker in the bottom but what alternatives are there?

How about the ASW Alnico or the KTS 60? I also hear the scumback h75 is great.

What would you get?

The amp is a signature custom reverb v2 50w

Call me boring, but I just put another KTS-70 in my 2x12!

I have a KTS70 & EVM 12L and it kills with my TR. The H75, 1265 and perhaps Celestion Gold would be good choices as well. When I ran two KTS 70's or a 70 & 60, it was too bright for my taste. The KTS 70 covers the highs and lows better than anything, you need a second speaker with strong mids to balance it, IMHO.

Exactly, I agree completely. That's why I am looking for a speaker with a good midrange.

The Scumback M75 looks cool as well
