Hi guys. I pulled this clip earlier as I felt Joe at TR might get upset as it was pretty gnarly and recorded in a way that does not do it justice. It's just a high gain wank thing recorded with an edirol R9 mini recorder. Straight in to the amp and it's high gain only, compressed and not truly representative but gives a different flavor than you might expect. For those that posted poreviosly like lexmax, sorrry about that.

I just talked to joe and although he had not heard it he said to put it up so here it is again!

And the kid on my page is my new baby girl.

Thanks Guys!!! Amp is a blast to play and does most anything from clean to mean and all between Dialed in here for super saturated stuff but I will record something that offers a better view of the overall versatility. Great amp!

Thanks! I spotted you trading licks with an older Jazz guy in the booth next to you but was on the move. Fun show- gotta make it an annual thing for sure.

Could not agree more. Super cool amp that can do so many killer tones. Big fat thick blues tones, big open cleans with tons of top and bottom and chime.

Steve, have you played a version I? That amp knocked me out. Arent they extremely similar? What do you prefer about the III, if anything?

Russ! Thanks man! No I cannot say much about Bill Chapin's deal except to say that it is the biggest innovation in guitar tones from your guitar I have ever seen or heard. I loved it. The man is a genius and I have an amazing strat that he made so I am fortunate. When Bill is ready, I can talk about it or he will.

    Tag,

Never played that one but bet its a good amp. My amp has the class A and the dual rectifier and I think that is the major difference and believe me it's huge. That said , I have no doubt the type 1 is killer.

The Classic reverb I own is an amazing amp and can get as heavy as my type 3 but it is one channel. With reverb and a great reverb.Lacks some of what the type 3 brings.

WOW!! I played a classic reverb and could not get much drive out of it. I must have missed something. The version I was SMOKING though! What does it have that the III does not? SS rectifier and????
