Two Rock Custom Reverb Sig v2 lower power and half power?

I might be picking up a Two Rock Custom Reverb Sig v2 this weekend and I'm trying to find out some info on it before I check it out.

It's the 100 watt version, and I've read that they have a low power mode that brings it down to 70 watts. I've also read and see pictures of a half power switch that brings it down to 35 watts, but there's no mention of this in the online manual.

Does anyone know if this was a standard feature for the v2, or would it have had to have been requested at build time?

Method of power reduction and resulting wattage depends on whether it's 50 or 100 watts in high power mode. I think (perhaps someone else can confirm) that low power on the 100 watter is basically accomplished by taking two of the power tubes out of the circuit.
