Thanks. Just noodling around, Scofield has it in he's fingers but i tried. Yes i like the Blond 212 cab from Glaswerks that goes with the amp. This amp is very versatile. People talks about it just to get the Carlton Ford sound but i think it can be tuned for other styles as well. Maby not very powerful metal but if you get a pedal for that it is possible.

Nice stuff Swedtone. Sco is one of my faves!!

Fwiw, Carlton and Ford's amps are totally different and it is impossible to get a Carlton sound with the typical 80s Skyline non HRM clone. Just to clarify....

Thanks. This TS1 is a little modded by Custom by Coogar with bright cap on master and some other tricks and things. NOS Mullards In preamp, 58 Longplate in V1 and Shortplate in V2 and NOS RCA 7025 in the Glaswerks loop. Im in the honeymoon with the tube tests, we see what i end up with. In the clip there are G12 65s but i have new EV 12Ls as well. Think they are to sterile. very good bottom but maby too HI FI. The 65s are broken in and the EVs are not so that may be the problem..

Great playing! I would love to have heard the backing track a bit more, but still great lines, phrasing, etc...

Thanks for that! That is just Scofields " Green Tea" song in the background. Sorry for bad mixing there..

Wonderful playing - if that had been 30 minutes I still would have listened to all of it!

Lovely tone too - I'm thinkin of going the EV route, my personal preference is for a sterile speaker, but still not sure!

Yeah, man - yeah! That's some fun playing right there. I have tried the G12-65s and the EVM12Ls with my previous Two Rocks - loved both but I favored the G1265s. You might also like to try an Austin Speaker Works KTS70 - it's not going to nail that Sco tone, I don't think, but it will be a little more open/hifi sounding (or is to my ears) than either of the others.

Okej. I tried that KTS-70 before but not with the Two Rock. I thought it were too Hi Fi with the other amp but it may work with the TS-1. Thanks..

perfect !! Sco needs that tone - The test has been passed ! However, unless one can play on a level as the OP, they won't get that sound !
