Saw this kid again last week in Harrisburg, PA. Caught his show last year in Philly. They put on a really great rock show, I mean a REALLY great show. I highly recommend seeing him if he comes to your town. It will definitely be worth your while. Probably my favorite band right now. I'm just really diggin' their style of rock and blues.

They have quite a bit of free music available to. Free EP if you sign up for his email list and Rolling Stone posted a free mp3 on their site yesterday of his new song which incorporates a lot of dobro slide type stuff. Really cool.

Do it. I don't get a bunch of spammy emails from him, but when I do get something it's worth it. For instance, I got ANOTHER free download last week of a song that didn't make his upcoming album but he wanted people to hear it anyway. Pretty cool.

I liked Where I Want You, but the rest didn't really move me. I will definitely check out more when I have the time though. Been hearing about this kid for a while through various sources.

I saw him open for Jeff Beck last year...just playing by himself. He switched between straight acoustic guitar & dobro. He was VERY good.

...talked to him for a bit after his set & he was really a nice kid...quite humble... & that made me like him even more.

I just wanted to bump this thread. Picked up their EP yesterday and its great. The new album comes out Tuesday. I'd definitely recommend checking this band out. Good to see some people from my generation playing real music!
