At least monday is nearly over here in australia. Bring on tuesday, hard!
I called in sick.
Worse... Monday on the wrong end of daylight savings time.
I got the week off, so it's going to be a lot of practising and playing. And whiskey.
Depends. This is the right end as far as I'm concerned. Here in Texas for the last 4 months we get off work and it's dark. I like it much better with the time this way. Within a month we will be outside till 8:45 PM instead of staring out the window at darkness at 6:30PM. I hate that. It's like get up, work, go home, fix dinner, eat, it's dark, go to bed.
But anyway, yea, uhgg, Monday ... I didn't want to do anything today. Thought about staying home.
I'm wondering if I'm gonna make it through the week without walking into the boss's office and handing* my notice to him on the way out the door.
*some might characterize it as 'throwing'.
"I got the week off, so it's going to be a lot of practising and playing"
I had a week off last month - I got to shovel mountains of snow, and complete a page long "honey do" list.
So you're coping with Monday by wearing clunky girls' boots?
its like 40 degrees today. This has been the best Monday of 2015
Yay ! Monday is over ! Heading home !
(For those of you in other time zones, that are still at work on Monday, I apologize)
Peter Gibbons: Let me ask you something. When you come in on Monday and you're not feeling real well, does anyone ever say to you, "Sounds like someone has a case of the Mondays?"
Lawrence: No. No, man. Sh*t, no, man. I believe you'd get your ass kicked sayin' something like that, man.
