Waylon Speed. Incredible young band. Reminds me of The Outlaws from 1976. Kelly Ravin is a force of nature, much like a young Hughie Thomasson.

Cool, I'll be checking this out. Love me some younger bands with a familiar sound, but with their own new songs.

When you tear into this, you'll be amazed. All original music. GREAT songs. I suggest this video to get to know what they are all about:

Like! May check out some of their music. Reminds me a little of Blackberry Smoke.

but waiting for the inevitable TGP bass player hippy/beard/old comments.

I downloaded a couple of their albums on iTunes yesterday. I have to say, I'm really impressed.

    Good stuff!

When I read the title of the thread, I immediately thought of my good buddies and musical conspirators....

You turned me on to WS a few months ago and I've enjoyed their music. Its raw and unprocessed with lots of awesome guitar tones. Can't go wrong!

Right on, Holliman. I REALLY liked the track you posted a few weeks ago of you and your boys in your studio.

I'm very encouraged by the great new music I am coming across here at TGP.

    Keep on creating!

    Peace,

    Michael

Filthy, wicked Telecaster tone and playing. Love the space too:

Very Outlaws like. Hadn't heard of this band, I like it a lot.
