    Hey there...

I've got a few strat neck that are uneven/slightly angled at the heel...

Assuming I want to avoid shimming... what is the best way to straightening the heel?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...

other than a shim? a router with a bottom bearing flush bit will do the job

To straighten the heel of the neck?
Which I find a rather unusual problem.
Op- are you concerned re the heel or the neck pocket?
Removing wood from either will lower the neck, too.
    Consider shimming.

Perhaps these necks are actually warped/twisted?
