Upset Stomach?

    Try a glass with ice, add about 7-8 shakes of 'bitters' (cocktail mixer) then fill with about 12 oz club soda or seltzer water.

    Unless you have major problems it works wonders!

    If you add a pinch of salt it will make it fizz a hella lot more...
    Like an alka- seltzer.

    I just put a teaspoon of baking soda in a few oz of water and stir.

    Clearly, I've been missing out.

    and a little vermouth and maybe a cherry...heck, just leave the club soda or seltzer water out altogether...

    Identifying the trigger is also a solid idea. I am sensative to dairy- not lactose intolerant. I quit adding milk tony coffe and my antacid budget went way down.

    A tablespoon of cider vinegar in a short glass of water. Works for me.
