it's getting there! Here in Albany we woke up to a dusting of snow. Mostly melting now but the higher elevations will probably get some accumulations.

70s? It was in the 90s the last few days and thankfully, it's "only" going to be in the mid 80s today. I'm talking about not far from the beach, not the valley either. Even for us, this is very warm for March.

Yeah this is getting old. We had a good run up to New Years then BAM winter sunk in and from the middle of January to the middle of March was brutal. Now we're in this cycle of a (for us below average) "moderate" day followed by several days of arctic torture. Hell it's 60 in Miami today that's how far South this front has pushed.

No snow here in Central Jersey but still cold as a mutha...

Woke up this a.m. Went outsude to pick up the paper off the lawn and there was a big fat Robin standing next to it looking at me like 'WTF?'

Went out for a ride up river to get my Fishing License/Trout Stamp...the river is still real high...no ice but muddy and high.

The annual Shad migration up the Delaware River usually starts in about two weeks but looks like it might be delayed cuz of the below normal water temp.

Next week it is supposed to be in the high 50s so Hopefully the daffodils and Forsythia in my yard will be busting out, going crazy go nuts by Easter.

It's 32 degrees here at the moment and we had a few snow flurries a few minutes ago. The puddles left from the recent rains were frozen over this morning. It's supposed to get down to 20 tonight.

The Cherry Blossom Festival is taking place now; without the cherry blossoms, just like last year.
