    Hey guys,

inspired through the "P&W Rigs/Pedalboards" - thread, I thought it would be really interesting to know in which way you´re using a Disaster Area Controller to control the BigSky.

    So here is the question:

Which Disaster Area Controller do you use to control the BigSky and what does it do for you?

Looking forward to hear your answers :munch

Using the DMC-8D and it allows me to use presets to bring up patches on the fly along with my Timeline. I also use it to control my DPC-8EZ which controls all my "dry" pedals. I don't know if I'd personally get a DMC-8D JUST to control a BigSky, might be a little overkill. But in a larger context of the whole pedalboard, it does a great job controlling the BigSky and more.

I use a DPC-5 with it. Allows for Midi presets with my Timeline, drives and everything else. I can go from a clean etherial sound to a dirty lead with little to no delay or verb. I also use the expression roller to control decay length.

    I went for a smaller DMC-4 Gen2 to control:

    - Preset (and therefore bank) scrolling without double-footswitching
    - Combined Timeline/BigSky presets
    - Latching Freeze reverb on the top left footswitch
    - Expression roller for all kinds of awesome stuff.
