Using a boss ls-2 as a mixer to send a clean AND effected signal to amp...tips?

Here is what I want to do
guitar - boss ls-2 - barber launch pad - (2) amps
in one of the ls-2 loops I will put ALL my effects...

I want to send a completely dry, clean guitar signal straight to amp (well, through the launch pad) to 2 amps and MIX that wiith an effected dirty signal...know what I mean...

I believe I use the input/output for my guitar signal, line a or b for all my effects, but what mode do I use?? Am I on the right track?

I'm pretty sure you want A+B/Bypass mode. But maybe you'll have to put an instrument cable from the send to receive of the empty loop....?

Indeed, the A+B/Bypass mode is what you want. Guitar plugs into the input jack, and your fx chain in loop A. Leave loop B open, and it'll pass the dry signal straight through (via the volume control, of course). The output jack then goes to the Launch Pad. If you switch to bypass, you'll get just the dry guitar. Turn the LS-2 on, and you'll get dry guitar + fx chain in parallel.

I love what it does to my tone...being able to mix in dry signal...it adds the punch of a compressor without the added sustain or squashed dynami s...ive just begun to experiment with the mix...

I also tried JUST my dirt in the mixer...in other words ALL my effects go to both amps through the ls-2, and ONLY my dirt is in the loop a...I like this better...

how in the buffer in the ls2 i have no problem with my boss pedals buffered but saw somewhere people talking about issue with the one in the ls2. thanks

sounds very fun... might need to try something like this
