Hi. I can't seem to find a sold listing anywhere, including Ebay.
I'd like to know how to price a StoneAge 2x12C cab fairly.
Thanks for any input.

add the value of a new unloaded cab ($525) and the cost of the speakers and figure 60-70% of that number.

If you throw an ad up on Craigslist and get six emails within one day, it's possible you've underpriced the item in question. (It's also possible you've simply hit the sweet spot and won't get any offers if you increase the price.) If you put an ad up and all you hear are crickets for weeks... then you've probably overpriced the item.

In any event, it's a buyer's market right now and people aren't willing to pay top dollar for equipment.

Last time I talked to John, he wasn't taking orders on his 2x12C so if you find someone looking for one, you could probably get 75% of what a new one costs.

I believe you are thinking of his 212 B which is no longer on his site. It was smaller. The 212C is still there. OP, why not pay for a supporting membership and post it for sale in the emporium? It should sell around here. Start a little high and work your way down in price.

Thanx guys. I'd put it in the emporium but I'm in Canada and the shipping would be nuts.
I need to sell soon so it's craigslist bound.
