Value of vintage tele

    I second that.
    OK I'm gonna get flamed for this one.
    To me, value is in the person buying the guitar. you can go to fleabay and get a rough idea. Specially with the more common guitars. It's what you're willing to pay and whether or not the guitar feels right to you. That's all that really matters.
    Amps? I don't see them as being markedly different for identical specimens. Guitars though, that's a whole 'nother thang. You can't buy or fake real playing wear. Even two identical new guitars will have more difference than two identical new amps

    The fact that it needs a refret doesn't really effect the value. But, because it's been stripped, that cuts it's worth by nearly 1/2.

    cool looking tele. perfect way to get into a nice vintage guitar for not a whole lot of cash.
