Curious where users like to set the damping control. I find that the amp sounds thin with some dirt boxes. Especially the RAH. It is a great pedal with the damping control around 1-2 o'clock but way too thin with it all the way ccw. I have an Emi PJ in mine.

I mostly go for the more loose setting. It gives me a "bigger" rock sound. Altough there might also be good use for the thighter sounds you can get out of it. I also find that it depends on the EQ settings you use. My normal setting is with a little bass added, middle scooped slightly, and trebble boosted slightly.

    Hope this helps.
