    I'm sure you guys have thought of all this already, but what about individuals that own companies and/or respond to customer concerns on here (ie, John Suhr or the Line6 reps/employees in Helix threads that are so helpful and essential to our community)? We aren't requiring them to pay extra to help us, right?

    Only asking because I value the community, and those guys in particular have really contributed to my personal gear quest through forum interaction.

    No. If they want to use the features of the Vendor program, they have to pay. If they do not, they do not have to pay. Note the rules, it's defined there.

    Excellent. I'm still reading some ambiguity in the rules, but as long as you are settled and our non-vendor-BUT-business-owners are good, I'm good. [PS, I suppose we trained philosophers see linguistic ambiguity in most rules].

    Any update on the standard FS and FT prefixes for vendors selling personal items or the ability to make a second personal sale post in a section where a vendor already has a single "vendor" labeled non-personal post?

    @Scott Peterson
    Please help me here.
    I already asked and you have answered (your post here #95) my questions and now I am confused again. You stated that I don't necessarily have to change to "Vendor" (I am ok as a supporting member).
    My ad in Commercial Guitar Emporium has expired and I can't repost it. Bare in mind please as stated before, I haven't sold any of my equipment here on TGP in last few years if I recall correctly.

    Thank you,
    Jaya

    Commercial Emporiums are Vendor Specific.

    @Scott Peterson
    So can I post in regular Emporium then or I have to become Vendor in order to list equipment?
    You stated I don’t necessarily need to become one considering almost none of my gear sold here for years....
    Thanks

    You cannot post proactively commercial in the member forums or emporiums but of course you can post personal gear just as always.
