Anybody care to chime in with their experience on the VFE phaser? Does it have the distortion issue inherent to the Phase 90? ANy other thoughts?

With all it's controls chances of you being able to dial out what you don't like are pretty good. I prefer the mix lower on mine and have never heard any distortion out of it, I'm sure I could dial it to some if I wanted though.

I'll mirror this statement. It's a great phaser with a lot of sound options.

I have nothing but love for mine. And I have not heard any of the distortion you sometimes hear in Phase 90s. It's a really versatile little pedal.

I am not familiar with the Phase 90 distortion issues per se but I *think* (and I could be wrong) my VFE Enterprise v2 might be adding a little bit of distortion. I put it pre-dirt to minimize that. It is a very good pedal.

And to be clear, mine (mentioned above) is the Tractor Beam.

There is no level control, correct? For live use, do people using this phaser notice any sort of issue with no level knob?

I've had no volume issues and there's supposedly an internal trimpot to set the volume level.

Thanks everyone. I pulled the trigger on a V1 Enterprise.
