VHT amps - do they respond to email?

I picked up a VHT Special 44 last week. They advertised it when it came out as a perfect platform for modding (my intent), but neither the manual nor the schematics came with it. I wrote them via info@vhtamp.com asking how to get both. I'm told that they are quite responsive typically, but no word back as of yet.

Anyone here had luck with emailing them? I'm curious how quickly they typically respond if so.

For that matter, does anyone have a copy of the schematic for this amp? It would nice to have it to jump start my modding work.

Update: Heard from them today via an email reply that contained both the user's guide and the amp schematic. Not instant, but pretty punctual still. I'll take it!

Did they not close up shop??? I remember seeing a slew of unfinished VHT's on eBay a while back that was stock bought from a business close out. Maybe some one can confirm if they are in fact still in business.
