Hello, I was wondering what vibes you guys would recommend to someone who isn't into vibes?

    I've owned:
    - Fulltone Deja Vibe
    - Sweet Sound Mojo Vibe
    - BJFe vibe
    - KR Mega Vibe

I dig the sound, but I end up not using them and sell them off when I get G.A.S. for something else.

    Ideas?

If you're not into vibes, I recommend not getting a vibe.

I dealt with the same issue. I ended up with a Lovepedal Vibronaut, but I was seriously considering a Digitech Ventura Vibe. At least with the Ventura you can get a decent rotary sound too.

For my needs though the Vibronaut was perfect... Footprint and price (used). :aok

Earthquaker Devices The Depths may be for you. While it is a vibe, it's not exactly a traditional sounding vibe. It's non traditional enough that most vibe purists don't care for it.

Or, get a Strymon Möbius. It has a vibe algorithm, and if you end up not using it all that much, there's still a lot left that you might use.

The VFE Tractor Beam (formerly Enterprise) Phaser has a pretty good vibe mode and it does some nice phaser modes too.

    Try it...

Get a pedal that does other things too, so you're not just buying a pedal dedicated to something you will barely use. The Monterey looks nice.

LOL, I was going to recommend the MJM Sixties Vibe, but this post is perfect and 100% true.

Pickle Vibe, tiny footprint if real estate is your issue.

You've tried some of the best vibes available. Why bother with another one if you don't use it?

BBE Soul Vibe - inexpensive, and has no resale value, so you won't sell it in a fit of gas.

OP you are right. The "original" uni-vibe based vibes are too watery - almost unbearable. However, something like a Bearfoot Mini Green Vibe or a Phaser that can also do vibe (like the already mentioned VFE tractor beam or an Analogman modded MXR Phase 45) is much more tasty.

The Lunar Phaser from Source Audio has a Vibe setting...and with the ability to put Flanger and Chorus sounds on it in addition to the other Phase sounds you get/can tweak...

I'd suggest not buying things you don't like. Sounds like you just like shopping.

Try a Ventura Vibe. It does a LOT: Univibe (standard "chorus" mode, and when you turn the wet/dry mix to full wet, "vibrato" mode as well), "modern vibrato," which is a vb-2 style thing (which must be set for full wet on the mix knob for traditional vibrato - anything lower than 3 o'clock yields a very nice chorus), and rotary speaker, which is surprisingly good. Having a tone control and a bit of drive on tap doesn't hurt either...

If you don't like Vibes, but want a vibey thing once in a while, maybe a Phase 45 would better, or a TC Viscous Vibe.
