With all of the buzz about the Artifacts in the recent discussions, the Legatos have taken a back seat, or at the very least, have been riding shotgun... Just wanted to reiterate some basic facts, if I may... I love the feel of telecasters - the neck, body and balance are just right for me... I love the tones that a stratocaster produces... I guess that's why we still talk about 50+ year old tones that are now timeless.... To simplify things, the Vinetto, to me, has the innate feel of a tele, and the tones of both strat and tele, and then some. The Lollar minibuckers really impart, to my ears, 335ish tones. Add great playability and intonation to the above and you have a pretty amazing axe. These pics are of "A Vinetto with lots of Makeup". It's beautiful... but I don't want that beauty to outweigh (and it doesn't) the fact that it is one of the best guitars around... I'm not worthy.... thanks Vince!
