    Can anyone tell me about the quick change tail piece.

    I really dont understand it.

    Seems like its easy to remove strings but more difficult to get back on

    Am i supposed to wrap the strings around the tuning post first then slide onto the tail piece???

    Mind if I bump? I got a '78 Ibanez ST-1200 double-neck I have to get a photo of. Does it count?

    My 1979 Ibanez George Benson GB-10.

    These, like mine, can be susceptible to binding rot which, fortunately, is only cosmetic and not structural but are otherwise beautifully made guitars and surprisingly versatile.
