Thinking of heading to the vintage show in Philly next weekend. Surely there has to be some good live guitar going on Friday or Saturday, but I do not know the area. Any suggestions?

Philly might be one of the worst live music towns you'll come across. I live here...

July 12 and 13, at the Valley Forge Convention Center, in King of Prussia, Pa. Organized by B-3 Vintage.
I'll be there with my '55 Martin 00-28G and Jack Romano with the 1958 Les Paul Goldtop, see you all there.:RoCkIn

I live here too ... it's OK for "world music" - some decent stuff at Painted Bride and Kimmell Center - if you wanna pay top dollar (I don't thank you)

but for guitar geeks like us - it's a friggin desert.

keep your eyes out for occasional Crosstown Traffic gigs w Greg Davis.
