Owning a 911 of any vintage is a life goal of mine but I still dream of owning a Nissan...Datsun 510. Swap in a SR20 with IRTBs...perfect!

Out of the blue my Dad came home in 1970 with a 914 for my Mom. I had a Triumph GT6 at the time and was stunned.

The 914 kinda got disrespected as being "not a real Porsche" but it was fun.

My brother owned a 911 Targa and now owns a Boxster Spyder.

My dream Porsche is the 356 . I just love the look.

Enjoyed the old ads. I look for old Triumph ones as well.

^^^ I love the 914. I spotted this one in San Francisco shortly before I moved last year:

I still have the Repair Manual from my 69 911 sc that I bought in 1980...
Still love to thumb through those greasy dog eared pages and look at my notes and the notes of the previous owner inside.

Still have the manuals from my 61 MGA 1500 and my 59 AH Bugeye Sprite but they were after market buys.

Not a Porsche ad but sort of topic and easy on the eyes:

She's got rubber bumpers and so does the "B". Good marketing plan.

An old girlfriend of mine had a '78 MGB that she bought new. What a POS. Everything that could go wrong on that car did go wrong. It was cute though...
