Want small NMV 1x12 combo (will use OD pedal)

I want a small 1x12 combo, under 45lbs.
Enough watts to use at a small gig.
Under $1500.
I'll use an OD pedal like my Weehbo JCM Drive to get the tone I want.
The Fender Princeton is a nice size but don't know if 12 watts is enough.
I have a Marshall Mini Jubilee on order but might cancel if I find a 1x12.

Deluxe Reverb comes to mind depending on how loud you play. With the right speaker they're pretty loud.

DRRI... but recommend snipping the treble cap to make it more pedal-friendly

Or just go with the venerable PV Classic 30, save some dough & gain more usable headroom with about 80% of the Deluxe's clean tone (it's slightly lighter weight as well)
