I'd been waiting to pull the trigger on my first Tele build for unknown reasons...just couldn't bring myself to checkout -- until today. Warmoth is having a 20% off "WarPaint" sale and I could no longer resist! $519 and this beautiful neck and body will soon be at my door:

Anybody else got plans for a build anytime soon?

Nice scores! I have been walking around all week with my hand over my mouth and my eyes bugging out because I wanted to spill the beans so bad. Now the secret is finally out!

Sales are rare at Warmoth, and it's a blast to watch people going nuts! :)

    *Sigh*

If only I knew how to work on/build guitars. I can manage a basic (and I mean VERY basic) setup.

I see how this would go down: buy a sea foam green strat body w/ birdseye maple or roasted maple neck. Gets wiring done, no probs (I can solder pretty well). Goes to drill holes and install pickguard.... *CRACK*. Finish ruined. Then installing the neck... overtighten the bolts, *crack*.

:aok I bought one just like it a few years back during another 20% off sale. It still requires a shim.

Love the tortoise but I'm going with vintage pearl. Fighting the urge to go back and see what else is there!!

very very nice. I did a Warmoth build a couple of years ago. I am currently getting ready to do a Tele build of some type. Roasted maple neck that I have the blanks for and looking for some reclaimed lumber with some type of cool history to it. Below is the Strat build I did. Warmoth stuff is really good IMO

thank you and yes I am very happy with the way it came out all the way around. The neck profile is of the SRV type which is my fave.
