    I like the mostly black versions I have seen starting to pop up online. Definitely on the wish list!

    It seems to have a similar attack to a mandolin, which is the archtop instrument I've played the most. Sort of hollow in the mids, but the notes really jump out of it.

    This looks to be THE instrument to help me live out my David Rawlings fantasies with.
